Shipping Policy:
- Most orders placed before 1PM EST will ship same business day.
- If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from time of order.
- All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
- All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
- Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received.
- Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
- Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS/USPS shipping holidays.
- Buymp3mp4 store reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Return Policy:
- Brand new replacement with 30 days warranty.
- If merchandise is defective we will replace a new one for you, no refunds or credits.
- Defective situation must be reported to seller within 30 days upon receipt.
- Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case.
- Buyer bears all shipping charge
- If you return a no defective item for refund, 20% restock fee will be charged.

I would like to cancel an order I have just placed, how can I do it ?
- You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped and is not already in the processing stage. Please note, all cancelations will incurr a 20% restock fee regardless how long ago the order was placed. We must pay our merchant account a fee as well, to have them authorize a cancelation on a transaction.We strongly ask that all purchases be carefully reviewed and read before ordering to avoid any cancelation fees if necessary.
